2025 has been an inspiring year for the GSF community, marked by outstanding achievements, meaningful collaboration, and a shared commitment to delivering the very best end of life care.
We were proud to see many GSF Accredited organisations recognised at national and regional awards, celebrating excellence in palliative and end of life care. These accolades highlight the compassion, dedication, and professionalism demonstrated across our network.
Our annual GSF Conference & Awards Ceremony brought together health and social care teams from across the UK, with 172 teams honoured for their exceptional contribution to end of life care. The event was a powerful reminder of the impact high-quality, compassionate care has on individuals, families, and communities.
Throughout the year, we continued to support learning and quality improvement through GSF Training and Accreditation, welcoming new organisations to ensure care teams remain supported, skilled, and confident in delivering excellent end of life care.
As we closed the year, festive celebrations across the GSF community reminded us of the importance of connection, reflection, and gratitude.
