The online Primary Care and Care Home ADAs are accessed via the web. Guidance notes for practices, care homes and facilitators provide information about preparation for and completion of the audit. The ADA Helpline and online help buttons are available for anyone with queries.
The ADA audit questions
The majority of questions have yes/no answers. Where there is a possible choice of answers, there will be a drop down menu of options or a free text box.

Use of ADA online for an SHA, PCT or local area can be locally commissioned through the National GSF Centre after discussing your particular needs. For enquiries about the cost of ADA please contact us with further details of your requirements. A training package with use of ADA before and after to demonstrate improvement is now available both for primary care and for care homes.
