A clearly presented report with comparative data to allow you to compare performance with others locally, regionally or nationally.
Comparison of progress over time
A clearly presented report comparing two time periods to show progress (for example, before and after a GSF initiative or every six months or every year) Reporting can include a baseline report similar to the benchmarking report.
Bespoke audit or evaluation
You can also commission a bespoke audit or evaluation to meet your individual requirements. That could be sequential monitoring over time, an audit that covers a longer period or more patients or an audit that is more or less in depth. It depends entirely on your needs.
We will provide you with all the information and support you need to plan and implement the audit. Interim feedback to the participating organisations is supplied to encourage data input. The total cost is dependent on the scale of records to be added, extent of reporting and analysis and the number of organisations (practices or care homes) involved.
The report to the commissioning organisation will include potential reasons for any unnecessary admissions and recommendations for future service improvement. It will also describe how the area measures against national markers of quality. Each practice or care home will receive their own individual report which they may choose to share with the commissioners.
