ACP and Do Not Attempt Resuscitation (DNAR) Decisions

The new GSF ‘Thinking Ahead’ ACP template does not include a section on DNAR decisions. Your local Trust should have a policy on DNAR decisions, as well as guidance on how these are recorded.
